1. The Service
Epic Entertainment provides a personal AI assistant service. After signing up on our website, you can interact with your assistant through our web interface and, if you opt in, through SMS text messaging. The assistant can respond to your questions, send useful information, reminders, and other content related to your requests.
2. SMS Messaging Program

Program description: By opting in, you will receive recurring SMS messages from your personal AI assistant, including responses to your requests, helpful information, reminders, and account notifications.
- Message frequency varies based on your usage and interaction with the assistant.
- Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier plan.
- Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, sign up again through our website or reply START.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You agree not to use the services to:

- Send or solicit unlawful, harassing, abusive, or fraudulent content;

- Use the services to develop competing products via automated extraction of outputs.
5. AI-Generated Content
Our assistant uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice — including legal, medical, or financial advice — and you should not rely on it as such. You are responsible for evaluating any information provided before acting on it.
6. Intellectual Property
The services, including all software, design, text, and branding, are owned by Epic Entertainment LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EPIC ENTERTAINMENT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Epic Entertainment LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the services.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason permitted by law. You may stop using the services at any time, and may opt out of SMS messages by texting STOP.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
